NogginLogger ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

3. How Your Voice Recordings Are Processed

When you submit a voice recording:

• The audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to this step.
• The transcript is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for structured parsing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• The structured data is stored in your account on our servers.
• The original audio file is automatically deleted within 24 hours of successful processing.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secured servers hosted by Hostinger.
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
• Authentication is managed by Auth0 with industry-standard security practices.
• API keys are stored securely and can be regenerated from your Profile page.
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store, see, or have access to your credit card numbers.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service:

• Processing and displaying your log entries
• Generating charts, summaries, insights, and journal entries
• Managing your subscription and billing
• Sending essential account notifications (billing, security, service updates)
• Responding to support tickets
• Monitoring service health and preventing abuse

We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize your personal data. We do not show advertisements. We do not use your data for training AI models. We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NogginLogger. Each service receives only the minimum data necessary for its function:

7. The #private Tag

Entries tagged #private are hidden from the dashboard display when your privacy toggle is off. However, this is a display convenience feature — private entries are stored the same way as other entries and are not additionally encrypted. Anyone with access to your account can view them by enabling the toggle.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — all entries are visible on your dashboard
• Export your data — CSV export is available from the dashboard (Basic tier and above)
• Correct your data — edit any entry via the dashboard
• Delete your data — delete individual entries or your entire account
• Withdraw consent — stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion

To exercise any of these rights, use the dashboard features or contact us at support@rebeltech.pro. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie services. No cookie consent banner is needed because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

NogginLogger is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at support@rebeltech.pro and we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, describing the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to address it.

12. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email with at least 14 days notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
