Already have the Android app installed? This APK is signed with a new security key, so it won't install over an older copy. Uninstall the existing app first, then install this one. Your data is safe — entries, tags, and account live in the cloud and reappear as soon as you sign back in. (iOS users update normally through the App Store.)

How to Install on Android

Download the APK

Tap the download button above on your Android device. If you're on a computer, transfer the file to your phone via USB, email, or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Allow installation from this source

Android blocks apps from outside the Play Store by default. When you open the APK, you'll see a prompt — tap Settings and enable "Allow from this source" (or "Install unknown apps") for your browser or file manager. This is a one-time step per source app.

Open the APK and install

Find the downloaded file in your notifications or in your Downloads folder. Tap it and follow the prompts. If you see a "Play Protect" warning, tap "Install anyway" — this appears for all apps not on the Play Store and is safe to bypass for NogginLogger.

Open and sign in

Find NogginLogger in your app drawer. Open it, sign in with your account credentials, and you're ready to start logging. The app will ask for microphone permission on first recording — tap Allow.

Updating the app: For future versions, download the latest APK from this same page and install it — Android updates the app in place and your data stays intact. (One-time exception: if you installed a build from before May 2026, uninstall it first — see the note above.)
